About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on Upwork and other online freelance marketplaces and submitting compelling proposals to win new business.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms, a strong understanding of how to craft persuasive project proposals, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients. Prior experience in a similar bidding or business development role within a creative or design-oriented company will be an advantage.
