The primary responsibility of this role is to identify relevant projects on Upwork and other online freelance marketplaces and submit compelling, targeted bids to secure new business.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms and a strong understanding of how to craft persuasive proposals that align with client requirements. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow up with potential clients are essential to success in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Browsing and identifying suitable projects on Upwork and similar platforms
- Writing and submitting professional, customised bids and proposals
- Communicating with prospective clients to understand their needs and close deals
- Maintaining records of bids submitted and following up on leads
