The primary responsibility of this role is to identify suitable projects on Upwork and other online freelance marketplaces and submit compelling, targeted bids to win new business.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms and a strong understanding of how to craft persuasive proposals that align with client requirements. Good written communication skills and the ability to understand project briefs quickly are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Browse and identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar freelancing portals
- Write and submit customised bids and proposals to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to convert bids into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect capabilities and timelines
