The employer is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify suitable projects on Upwork and other online freelance marketplaces and submit compelling bids to win new business.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms and a strong understanding of how to craft persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements. Good communication skills and the ability to follow up with prospective clients are essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Browse and identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
- Write and submit professional, customised bids and proposals
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and close deals
- Maintain records of bids submitted and follow up on outstanding proposals
