The employer is looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify suitable projects on Upwork and other online freelance marketplaces and submit compelling, targeted bids to secure new business.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms and a strong understanding of how to craft persuasive proposals that align with client requirements. The ability to communicate effectively with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects will be central to success in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Browsing and identifying relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
- Writing and submitting customised bids and proposals
- Following up with prospective clients to maximise conversion rates
- Maintaining records of bids submitted and outcomes achieved
