The employer is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify suitable projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork and submit compelling bids to secure new business.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in online bidding, capable of crafting persuasive proposals, and familiar with the end-to-end process of winning projects through freelance marketplaces. Strong written communication skills and an understanding of digital or design services will be advantageous.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across online freelance platforms
- Write clear, tailored proposals to attract potential clients
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with internal teams as required
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and project outcomes
