- Browse and identify relevant projects on Upwork on a daily basis
- Write customised, persuasive bids and proposals tailored to each client's requirements
- Maintain and optimise the company's Upwork profile to improve visibility and credibility
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage initial communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect capabilities and timelines
