Strong written communication and a sound understanding of the freelance marketplace are essential to succeed in this position.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on the Upwork platform
- Write clear, persuasive, and customised proposals for each opportunity
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with actual capabilities
- Track bidding activity and report on lead generation outcomes
Candidates with prior experience in online bidding, business development, or a similar client-acquisition role on freelance platforms will be preferred. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
