Upwork Bidder

The employer is hiring an Upwork Bidder to join their team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify suitable projects on Upwork and submit compelling bids to secure new business opportunities for the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Upwork platform, a strong understanding of how to craft persuasive proposals, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients. A background in business development or freelance project acquisition would be advantageous.

• Source and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork
• Write and submit tailored, high-quality bids and proposals
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and alignment
