Transportation Representative – NOC Inbound (IB)

The employer is looking for a Transportation Representative – NOC Inbound (IB) to join its operations team in the Greater Nagpur Area. This role sits within the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and focuses on inbound transportation activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting inbound transportation workflows to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods within the network. The role requires close collaboration with carriers, internal operations teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service standards.

• Monitor inbound transportation operations and escalate exceptions as needed
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on shipment status
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the NOC IB function
