Transportation Representative – NOC IB

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative – NOC IB to join its Network Operations Center (NOC) Inbound team based in the Greater Nagpur Area. This role sits within Amazon's transportation and logistics function, where the focus is on maintaining the efficiency and reliability of inbound freight movement across the network.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and resolving transportation-related issues as part of a fast-paced operations environment. Working within the NOC, the representative will serve as a key point of contact for inbound shipment tracking, carrier communication, and exception management to ensure timely delivery performance.

• Monitor inbound transportation lanes and identify delays or disruptions
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the NOC team
