The employer is seeking a Transportation Representative – NOC IB to join its operations team in Pendurthi, Andhra Pradesh. This position sits within the Network Operations Center (NOC) and focuses on inbound transportation activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating inbound shipments, identifying and resolving transportation exceptions, and communicating with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Monitor inbound transportation lanes and escalate delays or disruptions promptly
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status and exception management activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the transportation network
