Transportation Representative, NOC

This position is part of Amazon's Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Bihar, India. The Transportation Representative plays a key role in monitoring and supporting the company's transportation network to ensure smooth and timely operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, identifying and resolving operational issues, and communicating effectively with relevant internal teams and external partners to maintain network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor transportation network performance and flag disruptions in real time
• Coordinate with carriers, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Track shipments and escalate delays or exceptions as required
• Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
