Transportation Representative, NOC

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative to join its Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Bihar, India. This position plays a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of Amazon's transportation and logistics network.

The NOC Transportation Representative will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery across the network. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.

• Monitor transportation network performance and escalate issues appropriately
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve disruptions
• Support data tracking and reporting related to network operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the transportation function
