Transportation Representative, NOC

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative to join its Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Bihar, India. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's transportation and logistics operations across its delivery network.

The NOC Transportation Representative will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and resolving transportation-related issues to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain operational standards and address exceptions as they arise.

• Monitor transportation operations and flag exceptions in real time
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
