Amazon's Last Mile Logistics (AMZL) division is looking for a Training Specialist to join its team in Tirupati Urban, Andhra Pradesh. The selected candidate will play a key role in building workforce capability by designing, coordinating, and delivering training initiatives that support smooth and efficient delivery operations.
The Training Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that associates and operational staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet Amazon's high standards of performance, safety, and customer experience.
- Plan and execute training programmes aligned with AMZL operational requirements
- Assess training needs and track the effectiveness of learning interventions
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to support onboarding and continuous development
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal standards
