Amazon's Last Mile Delivery division (AMZL) is looking for a Training Specialist to join its operations in Tirupati Urban, Andhra Pradesh. This position plays a key role in building associate capability and ensuring consistent operational standards across the delivery station.
The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training initiatives that support frontline associates in performing their roles effectively and safely. The incumbent will work closely with operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
- Plan and conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for delivery station staff
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate records of learning activities
- Collaborate with operations managers to align training content with process requirements
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and addressing performance gaps
