This opportunity is with Amazon's Last Mile Logistics (AMZL) division, which oversees the final leg of the delivery network. The Training Specialist will play a key role in building workforce capability by designing, coordinating, and executing training initiatives at the Tirupati Urban facility.
The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding new associates, conducting skill-development sessions, and ensuring that all team members are equipped to meet Amazon's operational standards. The role requires close collaboration with operations managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and measure programme effectiveness.
