Amazon's Last Mile Delivery network (AMZL) is looking for a Training Specialist to join its operations in Tirupati Urban, Andhra Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training initiatives that support the performance and development of associates at the delivery station.
In this role, the Training Specialist will work closely with operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps, design appropriate learning solutions, and ensure that all associates are equipped to meet Amazon's operational standards. The position requires a hands-on approach to on-floor training as well as classroom-style instruction.
- Deliver structured training programmes for new and existing delivery station associates
- Collaborate with operations managers to align training content with process requirements
- Track training completion, assess effectiveness, and maintain accurate records
- Continuously improve training materials based on feedback and operational changes
