About the role
This position is part of Amazon's Last Mile Delivery (AMZL) network, which is responsible for getting packages from delivery stations into customers' hands. The Training Specialist will play a central role in building and sustaining a well-trained workforce at the Tirupati Urban delivery station.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating training programmes that equip associates with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles safely and efficiently. This includes onboarding new hires, conducting refresher sessions, and tracking training effectiveness.
