The Training Specialist will play a key role in building associate capability at the Tirupati Urban delivery station by designing, coordinating, and facilitating effective learning interventions.
The selected candidate will be expected to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and ensure that all station associates are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to meet operational standards and safety requirements.
