The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating training initiatives for AMZL operations staff. The role requires close collaboration with operations managers and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and ensure that training outcomes align with operational standards and business goals.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Planning and delivering structured training sessions for delivery associates and support staff
- Tracking training completion, effectiveness, and compliance across the site
- Developing and updating training content in line with process changes
- Supporting onboarding programmes for new hires within the AMZL network
