Training & Placement Officer

The college is looking for a dedicated Training & Placement Officer to oversee and strengthen its training and placement cell. The selected candidate will play a central role in connecting students with employment opportunities and equipping them with the skills required by industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with recruiting companies and industry partners
• Organising campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities
• Coordinating pre-placement training programmes to enhance students' employability skills
• Tracking placement records and reporting outcomes to institutional management

The role demands strong communication, networking, and organisational abilities, along with a genuine commitment to student career success. Prior experience in a training and placement function within an academic or corporate environment will be an advantage.
