The successful candidate will serve as a frontline point of contact for community members, handling escalations appropriately between support tiers and contributing to a positive, respectful online environment.
- Monitor community forums, discussions, and user submissions for policy compliance
- Handle Tier 1 moderation tasks including routine content review and basic user support
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to Tier 2 review and manage those escalations accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and communicate trends to relevant teams
