Tier 1/2 Community Moderator

The employer is looking for a Tier 1/2 Community Moderator to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is responsible for managing and moderating online community spaces, handling user interactions across both first- and second-tier support levels.

The role requires the ability to monitor community activity, enforce platform guidelines, and escalate issues appropriately between tiers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment and engaging with a diverse user base in a professional and consistent manner.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Moderating user-generated content and community interactions at Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels
• Identifying and escalating policy violations or sensitive issues as required
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging community environment
• Communicating clearly with community members in line with established guidelines
