Tier 1/2 Community Moderator

The employer is looking for a Tier 1/2 Community Moderator to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is responsible for overseeing and moderating online community spaces, handling user interactions, and maintaining community standards across both Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels of support.

The role requires the ability to manage community guidelines, respond to user concerns, escalate issues where necessary, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all community members. The candidate will be expected to work across multiple moderation queues and prioritise tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Moderating user-generated content and community interactions at Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels
• Enforcing community guidelines and platform policies consistently
• Escalating complex or sensitive cases to appropriate teams
• Engaging with community members in a professional and constructive manner
