The employer is seeking a Tier 1/2 Community Moderator to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring community guidelines are upheld consistently across both Tier 1 and Tier 2 moderation workflows.
The successful candidate will serve as a frontline and escalation point for community management, handling routine moderation tasks at Tier 1 while also addressing more complex or sensitive cases that require Tier 2 judgement and intervention.
- Monitor and moderate community posts, comments, and interactions in line with established policies
- Escalate and resolve content issues across Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a safe and positive community experience
