About the role
The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the used two-wheeler loan portfolio within a defined geographic area. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with dealers and channel partners, and ensuring consistent loan disbursement volumes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales of used two-wheeler loan products through dealer networks and direct channels
- Managing and mentoring a team of sales executives to achieve territory targets
- Ensuring credit quality by adhering to underwriting guidelines and compliance norms
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, financiers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail asset sales, preferably within the two-wheeler or used vehicle financing segment. Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
