About the role
The employer is looking for a driven and experienced professional to join its retail lending team as a Territory Manager for the Used Two-Wheeler Loan segment. This is a field-facing role responsible for managing and expanding the used two-wheeler financing portfolio within the assigned territory.
The selected candidate will be expected to oversee business development activities, build and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners, and ensure healthy loan disbursement volumes while adhering to credit and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Driving used two-wheeler loan sales through dealer networks and direct channels
- Managing a team of sales executives or relationship officers within the territory
- Monitoring portfolio quality and ensuring timely collections
- Coordinating with internal credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing
