A prominent private sector bank is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join its retail lending team as a Territory Manager – 2 Wheeler Loan, based in Etah, Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the two-wheeler loan portfolio within the assigned territory.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, direct selling agents, and other channel partners to ensure consistent business generation. The Territory Manager will be expected to oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead sourcing through to loan disbursement, while ensuring adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Drive 2 Wheeler Loan sales volumes and achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
- Develop and manage a network of dealer and channel partner relationships in the territory
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to field sales executives where applicable
- Ensure high standards of customer service and smooth loan processing
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
