Tendering Specialist

A social welfare foundation in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a qualified Tendering Specialist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end tendering and procurement process in line with the organisation's operational requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tendering procedures, bid preparation, and documentation management. Prior experience in a similar role within a non-profit, government, or social sector environment would be an advantage.

• Manage and coordinate the complete tendering process
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents accurately and on time
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant procurement guidelines and organisational policies
