A social welfare foundation headquartered in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a qualified Tendering Specialist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end tendering and bid management process for the organisation.

The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

• Manage the complete tendering lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to final submission
• Review tender requirements and ensure all documentation meets specified criteria
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation
• Maintain accurate records of all tender activities and outcomes
