Tender & Bid Management Executive

PBL Transport Corporation Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Bid Management Executive to join its team in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end tender and bid management process for the organisation.

The role requires a professional who can identify relevant tenders, coordinate bid preparation, and ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to compile documentation and meet compliance requirements associated with each bid.

• Manage and track tender opportunities from identification through to submission
• Prepare, review, and submit bid documents in accordance with requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and approvals
• Maintain records of all submitted tenders and their outcomes
