About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The role centres on connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services and convert leads into sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries to generate sales
- Clearly communicating product or service benefits to prospective customers
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
