Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via telephone, presenting products or services, and converting leads into confirmed sales. The role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven approach to meeting targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explaining products or services clearly and persuasively
• Following up on leads and maintaining accurate records of interactions
• Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets consistently

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to handle objections professionally. Prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing sales role will be an advantage.
