A Telesales Agent is required to handle outbound and inbound sales calls, engage prospective customers, and drive revenue through telephone-based selling.

The role demands strong verbal communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and capable of maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Conduct outbound and/or inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
- Present and promote products or services clearly and persuasively
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks
- Maintain call logs and update customer information accurately
This is a full-time opportunity based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, suited to candidates with a passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing role will be an advantage.
