The employer is looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join their team in Jakkur, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers by telephone, presenting products or services, and converting inquiries into viable sales opportunities.
In this role, the executive will maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions, follow up on leads diligently, and work toward achieving set targets. Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Communicate product or service offerings clearly and persuasively
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain call logs and update customer databases regularly
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
