Telecaller

The employer is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join their team in the Greater Vadodara area. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to support the organisation's business objectives.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Making outbound calls and/or handling inbound inquiries from customers
• Presenting products or services clearly and persuasively
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Building and sustaining positive relationships with customers

Candidates with good communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to meet targets are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a telecalling or customer-facing role will be considered an advantage.
