Telecaller

The employer is currently hiring Telecallers to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is an opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are comfortable working in a phone-based environment.

Selected candidates will be responsible for reaching out to or receiving calls from customers, addressing their queries, and maintaining a positive communication experience on behalf of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making and/or receiving customer calls in a professional manner
• Providing accurate information and assistance to callers
• Maintaining records of interactions as required
• Meeting call targets and quality standards set by the team
