About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter based in Koramangala, Bengaluru, to lead recruitment efforts for technical and engineering positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
In this role, the recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Strong knowledge of technical domains and the ability to assess candidate profiles against role requirements will be essential to success.
