This role calls for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth onboarding for selected candidates
