Technical Manager – Home Finance (ABHFL)

Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd (ABHFL), a part of Aditya Birla Capital, is seeking a qualified Technical Manager to join its team in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The role sits within the home finance vertical and focuses on the technical assessment of properties considered for financing.

The Technical Manager will be responsible for conducting site visits, evaluating property quality and construction progress, and preparing detailed technical appraisal reports. The position requires sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, local construction norms, and property valuation methodologies.

• Carry out technical due diligence and valuation of residential and commercial properties
• Inspect construction quality, legal layout approvals, and compliance with sanctioned plans
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate loan processing
• Maintain accurate records of technical assessments and support audit requirements
