Technical Manager – Home Finance (ABHFL)

Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd (ABHFL), the housing finance arm of Aditya Birla Capital, is seeking a Technical Manager to join its team in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The role sits within the home finance business and focuses on the technical assessment of properties considered for financing.

The Technical Manager will be responsible for conducting field visits, evaluating property documents, and providing accurate valuations to support the loan sanctioning process. The position requires close coordination with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely and compliant processing of cases.

• Conduct technical appraisal and valuation of residential and commercial properties
• Verify property documents and assess legal and structural compliance
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including credit, legal, and operations teams
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines during property assessment
