Technical Manager – Home Finance (ABHFL)

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, evaluating property documents, and providing accurate technical appraisals to support credit and underwriting decisions. The role requires a thorough understanding of construction quality, property valuation norms, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct technical inspections and valuations of residential and commercial properties
• Assess construction quality, legal compliance, and property titles
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate loan processing
• Maintain accurate records of technical reports and site visit findings
