Technical Manager – Home Finance (ABHFL)

Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd (ABHFL), the home finance arm of Aditya Birla Capital, is seeking a Technical Manager to join its operations in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The role sits within the technical and credit support function of the housing finance business.

The Technical Manager will be responsible for conducting property valuations, site inspections, and technical assessments of residential and commercial properties to facilitate home loan processing and risk evaluation.

• Carry out field visits and technical appraisals of properties submitted for loan consideration
• Evaluate construction quality, legal layout compliance, and market value of properties
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing of cases
• Maintain accurate technical reports and documentation in line with company guidelines
