We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources function. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business verticals. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid to senior-level positions across functions such as technology, operations, finance, and sales. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring drives to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and define accurate job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and internal referral programmes.
- Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate fitment against technical and cultural requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting of pipeline status and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
- Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed, along with experience using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit, Keka, or Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Indian labour market trends, compensation benchmarking, and diversity hiring best practices.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential candidate and business information.
