Team Member - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for assigned roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each position.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and recruitment agencies to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint, communicating proactively and professionally throughout the selection process.
• Support employer branding initiatives including participation in job fairs, campus events, and social media campaigns to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with the HR team on continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and tools to improve efficiency and quality of hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA in HR is an added advantage.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, along with experience working with an ATS platform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and employment regulations applicable in India.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
