  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for open positions.
  • Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and hiring progress.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by proactively engaging with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire to support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function within a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and job platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar portals commonly used in the Indian recruitment landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR software; experience with tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, attention to detail, and urgency.
  • A proactive, candidate-first mindset with a genuine passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives and annual appraisal cycles aligned to industry benchmarks.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their immediate family members, including medical, dental, and wellness benefits.
  • Structured learning and development programs, including access to online learning platforms, certifications, and internal mentorship opportunities to accelerate your career growth.
  • Flexible work arrangements including hybrid work options, promoting a healthy work-life balance in a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Paid time off including annual leave, casual leave, and public holidays, along with additional employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities throughout the year.
