About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external partners to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for open positions across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and campus recruitment drives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generating reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and progress against hiring targets.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking forums.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance overall hiring quality.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in HR is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, or similar platforms for active and passive candidate sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and at least one regional language, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR software tools; experience with platforms like Zoho Recruit, Keka, or Workday is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive candidate and organizational information.
