Team Member - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member – Talent Acquisition to join our growing Human Resources team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for assigned roles across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles to develop effective and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Utilize job portals, professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, employee referral programs, and social media channels to proactively source and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural alignment, and overall suitability for open positions.
• Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every touchpoint of the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization at campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other talent acquisition events across India.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to identify areas for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffing agency environment in India.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards commonly used in the Indian market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools; experience with platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Keka, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
